Pillow Problems

Writer: Access Lead CureAccess Lead Cure

Everybody's always asking me, what is the best pillow?

Well, that's kind of an individualized thing.

However, I am going to give you a few great guidelines to follow.

What you want to do is you want to make sure that you're not sleeping on your stomach, because when you're sleeping on your stomach, you're always to one side or the other.

So I want you to sleep on your back, or I want you to sleep on your side.

When you're sleeping on your side, I want you to keep a neutral spine, so your nose should be in line with your sternum.

So this is the pillow that I have at home.

It's a nice squashy pillow, and the reason for that is when I sleep on my side, my nose is in line with my sternum.

So this is my sternum, right in the middle of my chest.

So my nose is in line with my sternum, and that helps me keep a neutral spine.

We don't want so much pillow that your head is cranked up like this, but we don't want so little pillow that your head is cranked over like this.

Again, the best way to sleep is on your side with a neutral spine, nose in line with your sternum.

So if you are having pillow problems, you're waking up with a stiff and sore neck, feel free to reach out to me and I can help.
