Insurance
Insurance can be very tricky to navigate. We will verify what (if any) insurance coverage you have. This will be written into your financial agreement as an estimated participation. Denial and insurance plan changes throughout the year do happen. We will always do our best to provide you up-to-date information and changes to your plan as we become aware of them. Please let us know if you have any changes in insurance coverage or have any questions at any time.

For Chiropractic services: we accept most insurances including: BlueCross BlueShield , Cigna, United Healthcare, Health Partners, Medica, Wellpoint, Iowa Total Care, etc. However, we are NOT participating with BlueCross Blue Shield HMO plans, Medicare, Aetna, or Molina. Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment with us. For the best estimate of what your coverage is, please call us so we can verify your benefits.

For Lactation Services: we are proudly partnered with The Lactation Network, which allows us to accept a range of insurance plans. If you have VA OptumEast, UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO, UMR, Oxford, or
a plan that includes a MultiPlan, PNOA, Imagine Health, Velocity, or First Health logo on your insurance
