Breastfeeding is one of the most beautiful and intimate experiences a mother and baby can share—but that doesn’t mean it always comes easily. Despite what many expect, breastfeeding doesn’t always feel “natural” right away. In reality, it’s a learned dance between two people who are just getting to know each other.

When a baby is born, both mom and baby are meeting for the very first time, learning how to connect, communicate, and feed in a completely new way. It takes time, practice, patience—and often, expert support.

She brings both clinical training, personal experience having nursed both of her kiddos, and a compassionate, family-centered approach to support moms wherever they are in their breastfeeding experience—whether they’re just beginning or facing unexpected challenges along the way.
