I had struggled with an extra 25+ lbs of weight for awhile. I had tried Weight Watchers, Noom, Ideal Protein, Nutristystem, the Keto diet, tons of working out, and more! I felt stuck and nothing seemed to be working to get that extra weight off and KEEP it off. I didn't want to eat prepackaged foods, protein bars and shakes, or spend over an hour a day working out in my busy schedule. What is ChiroThin?
ChiroThin is a doctor-supervised weight loss program that is 6 weeks long. The program includes a daily supplement and 3 distinct phases.
ChiroThin is NOT a program with shakes, bars, synthentical chemical-laden foods, or prepackaged meals.
The three phases of the ChiroThin program are loading, losing, and locking. The program also includes daily accountability check-ins. For each phase, I will be with you each step of the way and be there to answer any questions you have!
The loading phase is 2 days long and you can eat lots of high fat foods, including your favorites!
The losing phase is 40 days long and includes intermittent fasting (2 meals each day), specific portions of lean proteins, fresh fruit, and veggies as well as adequate amounts of water.

Why should I do ChiroThin?
